Suburban Residential

Introduction

Suburban living shouldn”t mean boring tract housing. Since 1986 the S&P team has been pushing the envelope by introducing such innovative lifestyle products as zero lot line single family homes, luxury cliff-top town homes and waterside suburban living.

Edenshaw

Located in the most affluent neighbourhood in the Vancouver region, Edenshaw offered a new level of luxury living to real estate connoisseurs. This cliff-top town home community offered 35 attached homes of distinction at the upper end of the market.

Through a combination of relationship marketing and a discovery center located in the heart of West Vancouver, the project sold-out before completion.

Panorama

Born from a product research tour of Southern California, Panorama Village offered traditional values and neighbourhood living on zero lot line homes featuring front porches and back lanes.

In a highly competitive market, this price leader sold out from a show home. Sid & Pete took customer experience to a new level by featuring on-site child-care for prospective buyers and other family activities that made the buying process more enjoyable for first time buyers.

Waterside

Located on the banks of the Fraser River in the Richmond suburb, the Waterside project was a pioneer in condominium living on the river. This 203-unit medium rise condominium building provided the owner with easy access to Vancouver and amenities themed by waterfront living.

Through a combination of co-op broker outreach and a highly targeted local Asian marketing campaign, Waterside earned the distinction as being the fastest selling project in the area. In a slower market, 90% of the building was pre-sold prior to occupancy.
