Finding the balance between residential living and office or retail use can be tricky. S&P understands this and has learned the importance of having one project satisfy many, while achieving sales success.
Sonrisa is a large mixed-use project in the heart of Port Moody whose architecture reflected the maritime history of the area. This project made an important contribution to the revitalization of Port Moody's town centre by adding a mix of boutique shops and much needed residential housing.
The S&P marketing strategy took on a local flavor through a combination of media advertising, neighbourhood events, and direct contact selling to the local real estate community. The project sold-out through a well executed tempo-marketing program.
Capturing the rich history of Whistler Creek (the original base area of Whistler Mountain) required an eclectic architecture and the combination of iQ resort homes and commercial use. The Legends project also found the fine balance between resort residential and vibrant living with the programming of the legendary “Dusty’s Bar”.
Through a relationship-based marketing program focused on the nostalgia of the original Whistler Creek, all 484 iQ units were sold out in a two-phased launch program.
Trafalgar Mews played an important role in the redevelopment of one Vancouver’s most established neighborhoods — the West Broadway corridor. The project featured courtyard-based town homes and a variety of specialty shops and restaurants.
The S&P team worked with the developer in the design and positioning of the project in a highly competitive market. 90% of the residential town homes were pre-sold from a sales center located across the street from the development.
