Masterplanned Communities

Introduction

From the pristine shores of the Kona Coast to the rawness of the Sierra Nevada, S&P has learned to find the balance between environment, legacy and holistic living. Matching real estate connoisseurs to the world’s finest real estate is what we do.

Hokuli'a

Conceived as the finest private oceanfront community in the world — and the first of its kind in Hawaii — this legacy community is rich in history and culture. Developed by Lyle Anderson, considered the premiere masterplanned amenity-based golf course developer in the world, Hokuli”a is well recognized for its Jack Nicklaus course and award winning service.

S&P’s assignment ranged from establishing a concierge-based sales program to team building and masterplanning.

Kolea

Kolea is located in the Waikoloa community on the Kohala coast of the Big Island. This Masterplanned resort community featured 17 custom home sites, a collection of resort villas and a private beach club.

The assignment was to lead the strategic planning and implementation for the first launch at Kolea. A diverse team of seasoned launch specialists focused on a relationship-style sales program that resulted in a record-breaking launch for the Big Island.

Tumble Creek

The Tumble Creek Club is a private Masterplanned golf community located within the Suncadia resort in Washington state. The 2000-acre site features a Tom Doak championship golf course, clubhouse, hiking trails and the raw beauty of the Cascade mountain range.
