The Horstman House project was Intrawest’s introduction of the wildly popular iQ (Intrawest Quarter Ownership) product. Horstman House was located in the benchland of Blackcomb Mountain and offered the owner an affordable alternative to whole ownership.
Sid & Pete provided leadership in the programming and branding of the iQ offering. All 204 units were sold-out during the launch. Since the introduction of Horstman House, more than 680 units of iQ product have been sold at Whistler.
