At the crossroads to the Village at Mammoth in California’s Sierra Nevada is an emerging development called “Mammoth Crossing”. This Masterplanned community consists of three corners to the entrance of the village, each which will have a distinct design and offering that complements the other.
S&P was retained to work with architect Paul Merrick, Oz Architects and the planning team in the conception and programming for each site.
Working directly with Barry Sternlicht and his senior management team at Starwood Hotels, Sid & Pete provided initial input into the market strategy and interior design for the St. Regis Residences in San Francisco.
The hotel, located next to the Museum of Modern Art in the South of Market District offers the owner the five star experience of the St. Regis brand in a condominium residence. This development opened for sale in the spring of 2005.
When Legend Resort Communities looked at creating Muskoka on the lake in Oroville Washington, they called on S&P to team up with Ray Lectkman to provide added vision to this 23-acre cottage community.
The S&P team provided land planning advice, product programming and market position to the Turtle Bay project, which opened for sale the summer of 2005.
